This site is built on Astro, but the part that matters day-to-day is small: everything you read here lives in a markdown file.

So writing here is just: edit a markdown file, push to main, GitHub Actions builds and deploys to Azure Static Web Apps. No CMS, no database, no draft queue I have to remember to flush. The post you’re reading right now is the simplest possible test of that pipeline.
